1. Platform Nature

Karmanisht acts solely as a hyperlocal discovery engine. We list verified local professionals and enable direct contact. We are not a service broker or contracting party:

• We do not control the pricing, quality, timeline, or completion of services negotiated directly between customers and providers.
• All payments for labor, materials, and contracts are made directly from the customer to the provider. We collect 0% commission on these transactions.

2. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current contact information during mobile OTP validation or profile signup.
• Refrain from sharing abusive, fraudulent, or fake reviews/information.
• Respect the travel radiuses and response window guidelines established by service professionals.

3. Direct Service Bookings & Fees

Our direct booking model enables customers to book verified local professionals with transparent base pricing plus a small 15% platform convenience fee. Providers keep 100% of their service earnings with 0% commission deducted.

Service fees are subject to local pricing guidelines. Bookings can be cancelled or rescheduled as per our standard cancellation policy.

4. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Karmanisht is a hyperlocal home service platform. We do not sell or ship physical products. Therefore, traditional shipping policies are not applicable.

Services are fulfilled and delivered directly at the customer's provided location by the selected local professionals at the scheduled time.

5. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India and any disputes arising out of the platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh.
